• Other charges may apply eg. for consumables such as tape or for exercise equipment.

• Please give us notice of at least 4 hours if you need to change your appointment.

• Please bring any referral information (from GP, ACC or other insurer)

• Please bring a list of your current medications

• You are likely to have a better result if you are seen as soon as possible after an injury.

• Please follow wearing instructions if a splint/dressing has been applied in the emergency room until review at hand therapy.

• Treatment may include splinting, wound care, scar treatment, swelling management, taping, stretching, massage, acupuncture, tailored programme of movements/exercises.
